Summer Paloma

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz FRE Alcohol-Removed Sparkling Brut
  • 2 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 0.5 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 0.5 oz agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Club soda
  • Ice
  • Grapefruit wedge and/or lime wheel for garnish
  • Course salt for rim (optional)

Directions:

  1. Prepare the glass (optional): If you prefer a salted rim, run a lime wedge around the edge of a highball or Collins glass, then dip the rim into course salt.
  2. Mix the Mocktail: In a shaker, combine the freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, lime juice, and agave syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until the mixture is chilled.
  3. Assemble the Drink: Fill your prepared glass with ice. Strain the shaken mixture into the glass. Pour in the FRE Alcohol-Removed Sparkling Brut, then top off with a splash of club soda to add extra fizz.
  4. Garnish and Serve: Stir gently to combine. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and/or a lime wheel. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Paloma mocktail.
